Two Chinook helicopters, desperately needed to help fight the war in
Afghanistan, are finally being delivered today - eight years late.

The aircraft were grounded by a botched modification which cost tens of
millions of pounds to rectify.

Sky's defence correspondent Geoff Meade is at RAF Odiham (pron: oh-dee-am) in
north Hampshire where they're being put into service.

He says it's an embarrassing saga.
